Summer Holiday

Summer Holiday is a 2013 Microgaming slot themed around a European lake holiday — cycling couples, pedalo boats, pretzels, sausages, cheese plates and a mallard duck scatter fill the reels in an orange summer palette. It uses 100 paylines on a 5×3 grid — a denser payline structure than most contemporaries, which increases the frequency of small wins.

The Summer Holiday logo is a stacked wild that appears on all five reels in both the base game and free spins. Because it stacks across the full height of a reel, a reel covered top-to-bottom in wild symbols acts as a universal connector across all 100 paylines that run through it.

Three or more duck scatter symbols trigger free spins: 15 for three, 20 for four, 25 for five. All free-spin wins are tripled, and additional scatters retrigger the round with the same amount of spins as the original trigger. Stacked wilds remain active throughout the free-spins round.
